Take your tastebuds on an adventure. Alberta has an incredibly diverse and rich food scene. We believe interest in locally grown and produced products play an integral roll in driving tourism and we promote local producers and their products. One of these  products is our own line of Chicks n Chaps mustards and mayo. Grainy Beer Mustard, Kickin’ Honey and Dilly Horseradish Mayo.
Chicks-n-Chaps began with a dream for people to enjoy an evening in the country and meet new people through an event called ‘Franks on the Farm’.
What makes a hot dog amazing, other than being roasted on an open fire? Mustard of course! Most of Canada’s mustard is grown in Alberta and Saskatchewan. And so from with a desire to showcase Alberta products and the fun from ‘Franks on the Farm’, Chicks-n-Chaps was born. Right now, we have three products – but stay tuned, we are always dreaming up new things.

Dilly Horseradish Mayo

The mayo your roast beef has been waiting for! This versatile condiment can be added to dips, devilled eggs and also goes nicely with salmon.

Grainy Beer Mustard

A robust texture made with local craft beer that bursts with flavour. It pairs well with bratwurst and sausage and we like to add it with an oil in salad dressings.

Kickin' Honey

Hold on to yer tastebuds. Sweet from the start, this mustard provides a kick to finish, hence the name. Try it with ham, kielbasa or as a dipping sauce.
